RANCH PROFILE · GATE BSE-1063

One fence,
five pens,
every rail set.

BSE FARRIER, TRAINING AND BOARDING LLC is a Utah livestock operation headquartered at 1570 Pine Canyon Rd, Tooele, UT 84074, on the canyon road climbing the Oquirrh foothills west of Tooele City — open range country at the edge of the Great Basin.

The ranch posts its public roster across five pens. Pen B holds five boarding and training rails for non-racehorse work. Pen F shoes three farrier rails — trimming and horseshoeing. Pen L runs ten livestock field chores from branding and corralling to spraying, shearing, poultry work, and non-veterinary vaccination. Pen R keeps three dairy and show records — herd improvement, milk testing, and livestock showing. Pen S maintains nine stud and pedigree rails covering semen banking, insemination, flushing, and record services.

What the ranch does not do on this website is as important as what it posts: no stalls are booked, no horses are enrolled, no field calls are scheduled, and no service agreements are made through this site. The rail fence describes organizational scope — the chores the company publicly maintains — and is not a booking calendar, a rate card, or a veterinary practice.

Three ranch rules

01 · Posted, not booked

This website describes organizational scope. It is not a stall calendar, a training enrollment form, a rate card, or a scheduling desk. Boarding and field work run under separately executed agreements, not web pages.

02 · The pen sets the chore

Barn, forge, field, ring, and stud classifications are distinct and never interchangeable. Racehorse work is excluded throughout (P-01–05). Vaccination rails (P-18) are expressly non-veterinary — the practice of veterinary medicine is out of scope.

03 · Nothing boards by email

No stall deposits, health certificates, brand papers, or payment details are requested or accepted through website contact. Any message demanding them in this company's name is fraudulent.

Asked at the gate

Can I book a stall or schedule a farrier visit through this site?
No. The rail fence is a public roster of organizational scope, not a booking calendar or dispatch desk. This site has no scheduling, boarding, or payment functions.
Why does the same chore appear several times on the fence?
The roster follows industry classification conventions, which enumerate equivalent descriptions separately — e.g., "Equine boarding," "Horses (except racehorses), boarding," and "Boarding horses (except racehorses)" are distinct posted rails covering the same underlying chore.
Are any rails veterinary services?
No. Every rail is a non-veterinary husbandry or husbandry-support classification. Vaccinating livestock (P-18) is expressly posted "except by veterinarians," and no rail on this fence is the practice of veterinary medicine.
Does the operation take health certificates or Coggins papers by email?
No. No certificates, papers, deposits, or payment instructions are requested or accepted through this site. Correspondence is general inquiry only.
