Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by BSE FARRIER, TRAINING AND BOARDING LLC (the "Company"), 1570 Pine Canyon Rd, Tooele, UT 84074, United States, at www.bsefarri.shop (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The Site is a publication, not a service channel

The Site publishes a descriptive roster of the Company's organizational scope. It is not a booking calendar, a stall-availability listing, a rate card, a scheduling desk, or a settlement channel. Nothing on the Site constitutes a boarding reservation, a training enrollment, a field-call dispatch, or a capacity commitment.

2. No relationship created by browsing

Viewing the Site, reading the rail fence, or sending a general inquiry does not create a boarding agreement, a training contract, a bailment, a breeding contract, or any other service relationship. Any engagement arises only under a separately negotiated and executed written agreement.

3. Not veterinary medicine

Every rail on the roster is a non-veterinary husbandry or husbandry-support classification. Vaccinating livestock (P-18) is expressly posted "except by veterinarians," and no part of this Site offers, advertises, or implies the practice of veterinary medicine, diagnosis, or treatment. Animal health decisions belong with licensed veterinarians.

4. Classification boundaries

Pen categories are mutually exclusive by definition and are not interchangeable:

• Barn rails (P-01–05) cover boarding and training of horses except racehorses — racehorse operations are out of scope throughout.
• Forge rails (P-06–08) cover farriery — hoof trimming and horseshoeing — not veterinary podiatry.
• Field rails (P-09–18) cover livestock chores; vaccination is non-veterinary only.
• Ring rails (P-19–21) cover dairy-record and showing services, not veterinary milk inspection or regulatory testing.
• Stud rails (P-22–30) cover breeding support and pedigree record-keeping; "except consulting" means advisory services are not included in P-24.

5. Rail numbers are labels, not offers

Rail numbers (P-01 through P-30) are fence references that group equivalent industry classifications. They are not service tiers, price points, or commitments that any particular chore is available, scheduled, or accepting animals.

6. Regulated and licensed activities

Certain posted rails may be subject to licensing, permitting, or practice acts — including animal reproductive work (P-22–30), vaccination (P-18), and milk testing (P-20). Any actual performance of such work occurs only under applicable federal and state authority and separately executed agreements. The Site does not itself perform or arrange regulated activities.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) send unsolicited commercial messages through the contact channels; (c) attempt to probe, scan, or disrupt the Site or its hosting; (d) misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or (e) scrape or reproduce the Site's content for commercial republication without written permission.

8. Intellectual property

The Site's text, design, graphics, and roster presentation are the property of the Company or its developer. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. No license is granted to copy, modify, or redistribute Site content.

9. Third-party services

The Site is hosted on Firebase Hosting and loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your use of those resources may be subject to Google's terms. The Company is not responsible for third-party availability, terms, or practices.

10. No warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ROSTER CONTENT IS PROVIDED FOR GENERAL INFORMATION AND MAY BE REVISED WITHOUT NOTICE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BSE FARRIER, TRAINING AND BOARDING LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ANIMAL CLAIMS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). THIS LIMITATION APPLIES ONLY TO THE SITE AND DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY UNDER ANY SEPARATELY EXECUTED BOARDING, TRAINING, OR SERVICE AGREEMENT.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

13. Fraudulent communications

The Company is not responsible for losses caused by third parties impersonating the Company — including fake stall-deposit demands, transport fees, or animal-paper requests. The Company never requests payment or documents by unsolicited email; verify suspicious messages by telephone before acting.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Tooele County, Utah, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

15. Changes and contact
